好きなものや好きなことを思い浮かべて
楽しくないなんてこと、ある!?
好ましい経験を書くと、私たちの脳はそれを再体験しているように感じる。
「書く」という行為に至るには否が応でも
あなたが好きなことを
考える→言葉にする→体を動かし文字にする→書いた文字を見る
…というプロセスを経る。
好きなことをただ頭に思い浮かべるだけよりも、より記憶が強化されるし楽しい感情をはっきり感じる！
そんなことで。
以下、楽しみにどっぷり浸ってみたのですが

好きなこと100個書き出してみて気づいたこと。
それは書いているうちに好きなことがどんどん湧き出してくる！ということ。
100個に収めるために今回はあえて書かなかった項目もたくさんあった。
あー楽しかった！
またやろう。
気が向いたら150でも、300でも！
